You must indicate your arrival time in advance to Charlène in order to agree on the handover of the keys or the autonomous arrival with code box.

Cancellation / Prepayment
Please enter the dates of your stay and consult the conditions of the chosen apartment.
- 30% of the total amount of your stay will be requested upon reservation,
- the balance of 70% will be requested one week before your arrival, to definitively validate the reservation.
- in the event of a no-show and / or cancellation at the last minute the balance of 100% is due.
Refundable security deposit
A security deposit of 150 Euros will be requested as pre-authorization.
Cancellation of this amount within 48 hours after your departure if no damage to the premises has been noted.
Children and beds
All children are welcome. Please check the capacity of the chosen accommodation when booking
Smoking/Non-smoking
This accommodation is non-smoking.
Parties
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours
Guests must avoid making noise between 22:00 and 07:00.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request (additional charge 39€/per 7-night stay).
Sheets and towels are not included or provided. You can nevertheless rent them for your stay at a rate of 15 euros/person (bed and bath linen).
The apartment must be returned tidy and cleaned. If you do not wish to clean your accommodation, you can choose to pay it to the cleaning team at a rate of 49 euros (on request).
The outdoor swimming pools are open from mid-April to mid-September.
